TVI Shipping and Handling Policy
The following information is in regard to items purchased from TVI. These shipping and handling amounts are only for sales within the continental United States. Please contact TVI directly if you are located outside of the continental United States and are interested in purchasing any products from us.
All sales, unless otherwise noted, carry a shipping and handling charge of 7.5%.

TVI Sales and Return Policy
The following information relates to items purchased from TVI. Should you have any questions about our policy, please feel free to contact us.

1.Upon receipt of purchased items, there is a 30 day return policy should the buyer not be completely satisfied with their purchase. If the buyer wishes to return any product, they Must contact TVI to let us know that they are doing so prior to the expiration of the 30 day period.

2.Returned items Must be sent back in resalable condition in their Original packaging and Must contain All items that were included in the complete package, such as manuals, cables, etc. If the returned item/items do not meet this specification, the item/items will be sent back to the buyer Without a refund.

3.There is a 5 percent restocking fee with any return items that is based on the Total amount of the invoice (including shipping and handling), and TVI will refund money with a company check to the buyer.
